What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders of 3 items or more.
If you order 1 fragrance, shipping costs £3.95.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders placed after 12.30 PM, Monday to Friday, are processed the next business day. We will ship orders every working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking link.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail within 2–3 business days (excluding bank holidays). For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, shipping may be delayed by 1 business day.
How long before orders are dispatched?
Our aim is to dispatch your orders within one working day. All orders placed after 12.30 PM, Monday to Friday, are processed the next business day.
Orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12.30 PM, Saturday, and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). During busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be a delay. However, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
Where is my order?
We always send you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number via email. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, if your order has not been fulfilled yet, within one hour of placing the order. Please contact us during business hours (9 AM–5 PM). We cannot process cancellation requests outside of business hours. Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
I haven’t received my order, can you help?
Please check the tracking link for details regarding your delivery. As most couriers offer a non-contact service, they are likely to leave your parcel in a safe place or with your neighbour when you are not at home at the time of delivery. It is unlikely that the courier will use a calling card as most deliveries offer phone or email confirmation of delivery.
Please check the tracking link we sent before contacting us. Our couriers will complete a detailed investigation for claims of non-delivery. If delivery is found to be non-compliant, we will resend your order. All cases of non-delivery must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
My order arrived damaged, can you help?
Do not worry, we will find a solution together.
Please send an email to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a picture of the outer packaging and of the damaged products.
Receiving high-quality images is important as it helps our investigation and that of the courier.
Please do not throw away any of the bottles or packaging until we have completed our investigation. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
